This is a little animation I did to practice timing and water movement. I’d done an animation with water but decided to try a singular drop with light reflection.
Trying to draw something this realistic was a challenge but a fun one since usually I draw with lineart. The partial inspiration was from Bambi’s Little April Showers by Disney, the other part was seeing so many still pictures of beautifully painted water drops on flowers and leaves. My working out is on the right-hand side as well as dates stuff was done.
